hi
i have been to lots of hoiday complexs off season when there may only be a few of the apartments being used they had the reception in the bar/resturant which was always open and served drinks and hot food (not a full resturant menu) with one or sometimes two members of staff
WHEN CUSTOM IS SLOW YOU SCALE DOWN NOT CLOSE
can i ask how many staff are curently working and being paid at pollo resort and what work are they doing
i have to say the main reason i bought at pollo not elsewhere was the year round opening they were advertising
pollo have often stated in contracts etc that the season in sunny beach is 15 th may to 30 th september all facilities should be open at laest for this period
i have guests out there this week who were told there is a bar/resturant on site i know they will not be happy _________________ ray/antoinette

Dear Pollo
1. Will you be providing all owners in Pollo resort, with a report / breakdown, of how the maintenance fee for 2009 was allocated? I would expect a report from any company I had invested money with and would not expect to hand over large sums of cash without confirmation of how it was spent. All good businesses provide this service without question.
2. With regards to non payers, could you please clarify as to whether the maintenance fee has been paid by either 40% or 90% of owners as there seems to have been a conflict of information provided by Denis & Asya.
3. Are you going to reduce the maintenance fee to reflect the fact that the resort is not open all year.
4. Are you going to have a start date and a CLOSING date confirmed by the end of January next year, for the 2010 season.
Kind regards

hi pollo management
i have just had an email from clients i had staying at our apartment last week complaining about the lack of working facilitys at the resort
these things i advertised and they booked the apartment for september because
1 .resturant/ bar open all year
2. 24 hour security
3. pool bar
3 . 24 hour supermarket
they could not even get a drink on site to drink at the pool when the supermarket closed start of last week
they are seeking compinsation from me
i am seeking compinsation from pollo management
out management company told reception we had two lots of clients using our apartment in september
we were supposed to visit pollo this week i am now glad we did not make it out there
the clients also complained about the male member of staff at reception last week he was very unhelpful and downright rude when they went to reception to use the safety deposit box which they had paid for
they were very annoyed by him and were glad they did not need to use reception much
they did say the females at reception were friendly and helpful (as they should be )
i have to say while we were there for 2 weeks in summer we found reception to be fine though we did not have to go there except for deposit box
if our maintance fees are paying to run reception then we expect the service to be at least helpful to guests _________________ ray/antoinette

Hi Bernard,
According to their website, there is a combined telephone and fax number as follows:
Tel/Fax: 00359/554 30 219
Hope this proves successful for you.
Kind regards,
Anne |
