Dear Owners,
In every apartment there is a water meter. The problem in putting electricity meter is that we (Pollo Resort Staff) do not place them. The only one authorized personel who may place meters are the government. We had phoned, talked, written many times to them, but they only promise and do nothing. We expect them to come in October, but I cannot promise you that. That is what they promised to me.

Why have you not answered my request for the Electricity Customer reference No. You can reply to me privately via my email address if you wish. I have contacted the electricity company requesting a meter be installed in my apartment but their is nothing they can do with-out this number. Dear Denis
I would also like this number as it seems pavel has more information on this than the Pollo do, /Thanks Pavel for pointing out to us owners that we can request meters I have been given the impression by the Pollo all along that we can only get electric from them.

I'm not sure wether we can or not, but I have contacted the electricity company that supplies Sunny Beach and explained the situation. Their reply stated that before they could advise me they would need the customer reference number. _________________ Denise & Pavel |

could you please confirm if the electric meters have started to be put into the Pollo please? If not could you plase confirm you are chasing the electric company on behalf of your owners

hope you all had a good winter. I am enquiring about the electric meters, please can you confirm they have been fitted over the winter as we had hoped?
