Dear Owners,

In every apartment there is a water meter. The problem in putting electricity meter is that we (Pollo Resort Staff) do not place them. The only one authorized personel who may place meters are the government. We had phoned, talked, written many times to them, but they only promise and do nothing. We expect them to come in October, but I cannot promise you that. That is what they promised to me.

Why have you not answered my request for the Electricity Customer reference No. You can reply to me privately via my email address if you wish. I have contacted the electricity company requesting a meter be installed in my apartment but their is nothing they can do with-out this number. Why are you not willing to help me.

I'm not sure wether we can or not, but I have contacted the electricity company that supplies Sunny Beach and explained the situation. Their reply stated that before they could advise me they would need the customer reference number.
