Just to let you know I got onto the web cam this evening - it was dark and couldn't see much but it was working Smile

it is good to be able to have a peek at the resort when we feel like it

Just back from Pollo after a great 3 weeks. Spoke to Tanya in relation to the web cam not always working and I sugested that Pollo are switching it off on occassion. Tanya replied that the web cam is always left on but isn't it strange how it can never be accessed during the day only at night when there is not much to see. Call me a sceptic but is this so we cannot see what is going on with our apartments. Just a thought.

Funny, I thought the same as Ray/Bel as i can never get the webcam during the day either but if I try after 5pm I can.

i was also there last week,and spoke to tanya about the web cam she told me the same,that the web cam was working.

the cam was working for a while today at 2pm but i cannot get it now after 6
is there anything else that could be wrong except it being switched off for periods of time

i have not got on the web cam for at least 3wks. i have tried it day and night.

It was working this morning at 9 am and the resort was busy. I did see a networking technician on site last week when I was over in Pollo and later that day it was working. It seems to be more problems with the camera as oppose to Pollo turning it off.

WEBCAM HAS BEEN GREAT FOR THE LAST 2 WKS. SINCE LAST SUNDAY I CANT
GET ON AT ALL, BY DAY OR NIGHT, ANYONE ELSE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM??

yea the webcam has been down for nearly a week now
there has been power cuts in sunnybeach this may have knocked it out

maybe can anyone sort it out as it is great to be able to see all at the resort
