Dear All,

We have decided to sell our lovely Studio apartment in the Pollo 1 Resort.

The layout of the apartment means it can easily be changed into a one bedroom apartment - we wanted it open plan while the children were young and then we planned on putting in a stud wall (this was discussed with the Polo Resort at the time of purchase and they can recommend someone to do that for a very small price - cheaper than if you were to buy a one bedroom apartment) - you would still be able to access the balcony by both the bedroom and lounge door.

The apartment is fully furnished with the Polo Resorts own luxury furniture pack. We stayed there in May of last year and our releatives stayed there in September when everything was up and running - they had a great time and are disapointed that we are selling up.

It is a great investment opportunity but not just that its great for families to stay in too.
