This bright studio has been equipped with a king-sized double bed and a metal action sofa providing a further full-sized double bed.  There is a double wardrobe incorporating shelving to one side (safety deposit box available at no extra cost - no liability will be accepted for any loss of contents), bedside cabinets, cupboards and shelving over.  Remote controlled air conditioning unit, providing cooling/heating.

The kitchen has a fridge, twin hotplates, extractor fan & light, microwave, sink with mixer tap, toaster and electric kettle, together with a good selection of saucepans, crockery, cutlery, glassware and other kitchen equipment, dining table and 4 chairs.

The shower room has a shower tray with curtain, toilet and wash basin with mixer tap.  Above the wash basin, there is a shelf and wall mounted mirror with light over.

Wall mounted dressing table unit with mirror and light over and space for suitcases beneath.  Iron, ironing board, and clothes airer.  Good sized balcony, with patio table and 2 chairs.

Cleaning/linen change once per week included in rental cost.  Airport transfers can be arranged at additional cost.

The historical town of Nessebar is close by.  There are two water parks in Sunny Beach and Nessebar, a beautiful, safe, sandy beach just a 10 min stroll from the property and numerous bars, restaurants and clubs in the main resort, which is a 30 min stroll, or you can take the local bus or road-train, stops for which can be found a 4 min walk from the property.
